Using the War Academy calculator

  1. Pick your research node

    Choose the War Academy research you're working on and set your current and target levels so the tool knows the Fire Crystal Shard cost of the jump.

  2. Enter your Fire Crystal Shards

    Type in the shards you have banked. The calculator shows whether you can afford the upgrade and how many shards each remaining level still needs.

  3. Add your research speedups

    Enter the research speedup minutes you plan to burn. War Academy upgrades are timed, so speedups both finish the node and add to your SvS score.

  4. Read your SvS estimate

    Check the projected SvS points from the shards spent plus the acceleration bonus, then plan how much to dump during the scoring window.

How War Academy SvS points work

During State vs State, War Academy scores mainly on the Fire Crystal Shards you pour into research: roughly Fire Crystal Shards × 1,000 SvS points, plus an extra acceleration bonus for the research speedups you burn to finish each node. Because the upgrades are timed, spending shards and completing the research both feed your score, so a single node can pay out on two fronts.

For example, push a node that costs 40,000 Fire Crystal Shards. The shards alone are worth about 40,000 × 1,000 = 40,000,000 SvS points, before you add whatever research speedups you spend to complete it. Finish the node while the scoring window is open and that full shard total lands on the day.
